We contact the manufacturers and distributors of the products you sell to determine if co-op is available. If the manufacturers do not currently have a co-op plan, we will make every effort to establish a plan tailored to your needs based on your history with that vendor.
We will secure line art and graphics from your vendors, and proof your ads to insure you are in compliance with the manufacturer’s co-op guidelines.
HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR CO-OP REIMBURSEMETS?
Working closely with your media, we will secure all the necessary elements for claims processing.
We will process all of your qualifying co-op advertising claims quickly and accurately. After your claims are processed and mailed, we provide a Tracking Report for you to confirm receipt of the co-op reimbursements.
We serve as a mediator in the event of any disputes between retailers
and manufacturers in regards to co-op claim reimbursements.
